What I do best
8+ years wearing multiple hats across product, research and design, engineering, and business in startups, digital agencies, Fortune 100s, and the government. I’m most at home executing 0→1 work, turning abstract ideas and messy problems into products and features that ship faster, convert better, and keep users coming back.
I help teams make better decisions before they become expensive. I look for the sweet spot between user needs, technical constraints, and business goals, blending data with empathy (and increasingly, AI) to build experiences that feel easy and perform brilliantly.
I'm most excited to work on things where design has real stakes and makes meaningful impact — building from scratch or fixing something broken, and figuring out how to deliver value at scale.
I also care deeply about mentorship and am always looking for opportunities to grow myself and others.
Work that’s made a difference
Helped improve ticketing for millions worldwide at Ticketmaster, joining swiftly after the Eras Tour incident.
One of the first designers at class.com, the Tom Brady-backed edtech startup that raised nearly $200M in its first year. (Go Patriots!) Led the accessibility work that brought Gallaudet University onto the platform, the world's only university built for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
Worked with the infrastructure behind thousands of products and services like Alexa at AWS. Learned just enough to know it's a terrifyingly powerful black box.
Modernized a 30-year-old FEMA system supporting flood insurance and disaster recovery nationwide, earning the top Agile program award across the Dept. of Homeland Security.
Outside of work
I'm usually learning something new or enjoying the rare moments when nothing needs solving. Off the clock, I'm hiking, playing pickleball, planning trips, trying new recipes, or finding any excuse for matcha.
